Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for IT equipment and software.
- Assist in business administration tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and receipt management.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including preparing meals and arranging logistics.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient office environment.
- Organise meetings, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency in office processes.
We are looking for team players with:
- High School diploma in a relevant field with excellent academic credentials
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- A service-minded and “can do” attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
