Descripción General
Como Especialista Social en Webrunner, serás responsable de impulsar la generación de oportunidades de venta a través de plataformas Meta, específicamente Facebook e Instagram, para contratistas de la industria de mejoras para el hogar en Canadá y EE. UU. Este implicará desarrollar, ejecutar y administrar campañas pagadas en las redes sociales en Facebook e Instagram para generar clientes potenciales, aumentar la participación e impulsar las conversiones para nuestros clientes.

Specific Responsabilities:
- Designing and testing ad creatives—including copy, images, and videos—tailored to the nuances of Facebook and Instagram,
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that optimize for higher ROI and lower cost-peracquisition (CPA).
- Collaboration with our creative and content teams to ensure that ads align with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- Managing budgets, bids, and pacing across Facebook and Instagram to meet and exceed client goals.
- Staying up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices for Facebook and Instagram advertising will be essential in keeping campaigns competitive and effective.
- Regular reports and updates to clients, detailing campaign performance, platformspecific insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to campaign performance, delivery, and audience targeting, as well as conducting A/B testing and other experiments to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies specifically for Facebook and Instagram.

Requirements:
- Advanced English (essential)
- 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook, and Instagram with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the unique advertising tools and features of Meta’s Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and using metrics to guide decision-making and improve performance.
- Experience with various bidding strategies, ad formats, and audience targeting options.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams to create engaging visuals tailored to each platform.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance performance across different paid social channels.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency with a focus on paid social media is highly desirable.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or similar is a plus.
- Experience working on other social platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Glassdoor, and Pinterest is a plus.
- The ability to create video ads using programs like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other editing software is a plus.
- A good understanding of using AI Tools Like ChatGPT, OpusClip, and other AI tools at your disposal is a plus.
- A decent understanding of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Instapage, and GoHighLevel is a plus
