As a Fulfillment Automation Lead you'll be responsible for:

Identify opportunities and implement new and better tools for Processing agents to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Create and constantly improve automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and Work with the Product and Dev team to co-create automation solutions and to ensure the correct deployment of each new tool
Establish the QA process for each new tool to guarantee proper functionality both before launch and throughout daily operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that improve the overall customer experience through optimized tools.
Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

What will make us choose you?

At least 2 years of experience in the tech field.
Experience in QA, Processes, and/or Projects for Operations (desirable).
Experience working with data analytics.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong logical and analytical skills.
Ability to understand and distinguish between an average and an exceptional customer experience, consistently advocating for and striving to deliver the latter.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proven ability to self-manage, organize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
Passion for technology, automation, AI, and innovation.
