Responsibilities:
- Get to know your customers so you can advise them and create the perfect trip itinerary.
- Have constant and fluid communications with clients.
- Ensure quick and complete responses and be able to produce accurate and detailed trip proposals and quotes in a timely manner.
- Stay on top of your files throughout the trip planning process, during their trip and after they return home to make sure everything goes as planned.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer communications, documents and transaction history
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or similar.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Skilled with Customer Service
- Result oriented
- Knowledge of Peru basic adventure travel destinations (Cusco, Huaraz, Puno, Arequipa, Lima, Chachapoyas, etc.)
- Available to travel to experience products first-hand
- Interest in sustainability and responsible tourism
- If you have previous experience in e-commerce, it is a plus.
